A new lesson arrives every morning at 8:00 AM. One lesson per subject per day — typically a 5–10 minute read. Subjects rotate so no single topic overwhelms you on any given day.

A short mini test follows immediately in the same WhatsApp chat. You reply directly — no switching apps. PrepBeta scores your response instantly and gives feedback. All scores are saved on your dashboard.

Every Sunday morning, PrepBeta sends a full week summary — subjects covered, average test scores, strongest and weakest areas, and a comparison to the previous week.

Missed lessons appear on your dashboard and are flagged in your weekly recap. Lesson content stays accessible from your dashboard for review. If a parent is linked, they'll receive a missed-lesson alert.

Yes — adjust subjects anytime from Settings → Subjects. Changes take effect from the next morning's delivery. Your plan tier controls how many subjects can be active at once.

Lessons and tests stop immediately. Dashboard stays open during a 3-day grace period. After grace period, full lockout applies. Your data is never deleted — everything resumes once you renew.

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at end of current billing period. All plans are prepaid.

All plans are prepaid and non-refundable. If you experience a verified technical issue within 48 hours, contact our WhatsApp support team and we'll resolve it.

Nigerian bank cards (debit and credit), bank transfers, Paystack and Flutterwave. Your account activates instantly after successful payment.

Schools get a dedicated subdomain (e.g. yourschool.prepbeta.ng) and a full admin dashboard. Enroll students, set access durations, monitor activity, link parents, and track payments — all in one place.

Slots are permanently consumed at first student registration. Removing a student does not free the slot. Schools can only re-add from their original list. No new students beyond the plan limit.

Important Choose your slot count carefully — it cannot be changed without a new plan.

Yes — click any student's profile to view their full dashboard exactly as they see it. The View as Student feature shows lesson status, test scores, subject performance, and account status.

Yes — the admin dashboard includes a bulk upload feature accepting Excel (.xlsx) and CSV files. A downloadable template is provided with the required column format.

Daily reports arrive on your WhatsApp or email (your choice) after your child completes each lesson — typically by 10:00 AM. A full weekly recap is also sent every Sunday morning.

Yes — fill in your own details, then your child's WhatsApp number, class, exam type, and subjects. An OTP verifies the child's number and both accounts link automatically. You can register multiple children under one parent account.

Yes — view the full dashboard for each linked child: lesson history, test scores, weekly recap results, streak, and mock exam performance. Toggle between children from your parent dashboard.

PrepBeta uses WhatsApp OTP — no passwords. A 6-digit code is sent to your WhatsApp when you register or log in. OTPs expire after 10 minutes. Tap Resend if it doesn't arrive.

Go to Settings → Account → Update WhatsApp Number. Verify the new number with an OTP and all future content will go there.

Yes. Data is stored securely and never sold to third parties. School admins can only see students under their account. Parent access is limited to their linked children. See our Privacy Policy →
